Welcome to DevOpsFix! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DevOpsFix website and the developer tools, content, and services provided therein (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DevOpsFix provides 8 free online DevOps tools, including but not limited to configuration generators, encoders, decoders, data formatters, and educational articles. We also offer a directory of 18+ external AI models. All tools and information are provided "as-is" for productivity and informational purposes only. We continually update our Services, which means we may add, modify, or remove features at our sole discretion.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to the following:

  • Verification of Output: You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all output generated by our 8 tools before deploying them in production or critical environments. DevOpsFix is a productivity aid, not a substitute for professional technical review and rigorous testing.
  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the website.
  • Prohibited Activities: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content at an unreasonable scale, or use the Services to distribute malware, span, or malicious configurations.

4. Use of the 18+ Generative AI Models Directory

Our AI World directory lists information on 18+ cutting-edge artificial intelligence models. When using this directory, you agree that:

  • The directory is for informational purposes only. We do not host, run, or provide API access directly to these 18+ models unless explicitly stated.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the individual Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policies (AUP), and age restrictions of each respective AI model provider before using their services.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, availability, or output quality of the third-party models listed in our directory.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the website design, tool algorithms, articles, and branding) are and will remain the exclusive property of DevOpsFix and its licensors.

Generated Output: Any code, configuration files (e.g., YAML, Dockerfiles, JSON), or text output directly generated by your use of our free tools is yours to use freely, commercially or non-commercially, without restriction or attribution required.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DEVOPSFIX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranty that (i) the Services will meet your requirements, (ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or (iii) the results or generated configurations obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVOPSFIX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of our tools, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
